Business Development Manager / Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

To develop business strategies in FMCG industry that assigned by Management.
To implement business strategies to ensure that the company's plans on sales and profitability targets are achieved with minimized cost expenditures.
Prepare action plans for effective search for international sales leads and prospects.
Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business.
To establish productive and professional relationships with key distributors in assigned region and source for new distributors.
Support distributors with technical and marketing information, which including creates and conducts proposal presentations to distributors, dealers, key account customers.
Establish and contact with distributors/dealers/key account customers in the international market area to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
To manage overall sales operations.
Understanding and providing category-specific landscapes and trends as well as reporting market-specific insights.
Leading and mentoring a team of Sales Executives.
Developing infrastructure and systems to support the success of the sales function.
Leading multifunctional work with different business teams.
Performing research and identifying new potential customers and market opportunities, ensuring sales pipelines is healthy.
Liaising with Marketing departments to ensure brand consistency.
Keeping abreast of new product launches and ensuring sales team members are on board.
Building key international strategic expansion with teamwork.
Setting up timelines to produce quarterly/monthly business performance reports and sales forecasts.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree, with a minimum of 5 year experience in related field, preferably in FMCG and/or F&B market.
Self confident, vibrant and pleasant personality.
Good computer and internet proficiency.
Good spoken & written in English & Mandarin.
Candidates must be result oriented and self driven. Highly organized and able to multitask in fast-paced environment.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets is required to be considered for senior position.

Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Liaise internally within the team and clients to ensure all marketing, promotional projects and new product launching are effectively co-ordinated, all deadlines are met and budgets managed effectively.
Collaborating with internal team & clients on marketing strategy, handling the platforms and contents of all digital channels.
Plan and execute all marketing strategy, campaigns including product launch, retail events, and digital/social media marketing to enhance our company's brand image and improve sales performance.
Plan, organize, attend and assist in trade fairs, exhibitions, expo and etc.
Assist in analysing market trends and monitoring results after implementation.
Assist in developing effective pricing & promotion strategy to allow company staying competitive against market competitors.
Analyse the results of all marketing activity and present findings and recommendations to Management.
Preparing, formatting, editing and supervising contents for marketing plans.
Perform other duties which may be assigned from time to time.

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

To expand our product range to existing customers.
To acquire new corporate clients through cold calling and sales visits.
To provide timely sales support to customer, upselling and providing alternative solutions when appropriate.
To work with account department to ensure prompt and accurate payment collection from customers.
To work with operation team to ensure on time delivery to customers.
To build relationship with both existing and new customers.

Job Requirements

Candidate must process at least Diploma and above.
Candidates with experience/skills/knowledge in Seafood/ F&B/FMCG or catering industries are preferred.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience, Seafood sales experience will be given priority.
Must be bilingual in both English and Mandarin in order to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
Highly driven and willingness to meet multiple clients daily.
Able to prioritize workload and multitask between external client meetings and in-office work progress.
Preferred process own vehicle with valid driving license.
Candidate whom able to start work immediately or within short notice is preferred.

Retail Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities

Experience working with Supermarket retailers (NTUC Fairprice, Shengshiong Giant & Etc).
To perform order taking and replenishment of stocks.
To ensure company's products are sufficiently stocked and no out of stocks situation.
To perform FIFO and check expiry dates of products on display.
To achieve sales target set by the company.
To build and maintain good rapport with customer.

Job Requirements

Min GCE "N" level.
Good personal selling skills.
Independent, self-motivated and hardworking.
Pleasant personality and drive to achieve company's KPI.
At least 2 years of working experience in supermaket merchandising is required for this position.
A valid NTUC hygiene cert or any other relevant certificates is required.
Candidate whom able to start work immediately or within short notice is preferred.
Singaporeans are preferred.
